Product Description

New - not remanufactured - aftermarket air suspension strut for the front left side of the 2003-2009 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Sedan and Wagon w/AIRMATIC and 4MATIC (W211 Chassis). This replacement strut is designed and features a new custom-valved Monotube shock absorber designed to provide a smooth and comfortable ride.

WEGSUTE designed new struts are an excellent alternative for aging air suspension systems because they provide the luxury, comfort and auto leveling of air springs by replacing the older original active damping shock with a new, custom-valved shock.

We committed to provide good quality products to all our customers. We accept return or exchange within 30 days after purchase. No hassle for refund and exchange, all we ask is that you send back the item in the same condition was received , brand new condition. Refund or exchange will be issued within 6 business days after we received the returned item and inspected it.

Warranty

We offers a minimum one year warranty on all parts sold unless otherwise noted. We aim to provide the high quality auto parts and accessories, but some rare cases happened. We offer following options for warranty service:

1) If the item fails after installation. You may return the warranty item to us for a replacement. Buyer pays the shipping fee. This warranty applies to automotive parts only when the installation instructions are followed in their entirety. If instructions are not available the work should be performed by a licensed mechanic.

2) If we send you the wrong parts . You may pay a deposit and have a replacement item sent in advance. Then you may return the warranty item to us and your deposit will be refunded.
 

3) Shipping Damage. We use UPS Ground, Fedex and USPS First class to ship all items . Buyer should check the parcel condition before sign the signature. Please refuse to sign the parcel if you noticed something wrong, and get a shipping damaged report from carrier. We will send you a replacement at the same day once you provide the shipping damage report . We won’t cover any lost if buyer don’t check the parcel condition before the signature.

This warranty does not cover any expenses incurred in the removal and / or re-installation of the item. Specifically, this warranty does not cover any expenses for time, rental, or other parts not purchased from us, or any labor. This warranty does not apply, and will be voided, if the item sold has been damaged by abuse, misuse, accident, neglect, or alteration, or if it has been repaired by anyone . Your warranty will be null and void if the item fails due to improper installation or use. If the item sold should prove defective in material or workmanship within the warranty period, please contact us immediately.
