We committed to provide good quality products to all our customers. We accept return or exchange within 30 days after purchase. No hassle for refund and exchange, all we ask is that you send back the item in the same condition was received , brand new condition. Refund or exchange will be issued within 7 business days after we received the returned item and inspected it.

Your refund will be issue to your account within 7 business days . Please keep in mind, you might need extra 2-7 business days for the refund to deposit in your account , it depends on your credit card company.

Warranty

Please refuse to sign the parcel if you noticed something wrong, and get a shipping damaged report from carrier. We will send you a replacement at the same day once you provide the shipping damage report . We won’t cover any lost if buyer don’t check the parcel condition before the signature.
