Jaguar rear air shock absorber
Core Engineering Technical Characteristics
1. Structure and Materials Science
Airbag components: Three layers of EPDM rubber+nylon reinforcement layer (tear resistance index ≥ 8MPa), temperature resistance range of 40 ℃ to+120 ℃, supporting 500000 dynamic fatigue tests;
Damping system: Inflatable single tube shock absorber, using low viscosity silicone oil based hydraulic fluid, combined with high-speed microporous valve (response time ≤ 15ms), reducing unsprung mass by 11%;
Metal components: aerospace grade 6061T6 aluminum alloy chamber (anodized treatment)+high carbon steel piston rod (surface chrome plated thickness ≥ 30 μ m), salt spray test>500 hours.
2. Performance validation data
Bearing capacity: Single pillar static load-bearing capacity of 1.2 tons, dynamic anti lateral force increased by 22% (compared to original attenuation parts);
Adaptability to working conditions: Tested on a 100000 kilometer bench (covering 30 ℃ frozen soil pavement to 50 ℃ asphalt high temperature);
Sealing technology: Fluororubber sealing ring (leakage rate<0.1bar/24h), with a lifetime anti leakage design.
3. Electrical Control and Compatibility
Non destructive protocol: Supports Jaguar CAN bus communication, plug and play without triggering instrument alarms;
Adaptive Expansion: Reserved LIN bus interface, can integrate original ADS (Adaptive Dynamic Suspension) system.
