1. Structural Design
Double Wishbone Independent Suspension: The front suspension adopts a double ball-joint lower arm structure, which enhances transverse support and road fit, and takes into account the maneuverability of the paved road and the adaptability of the unpaved road.
Integral air spring shock absorber: The air spring replaces the traditional coil spring, adjusting the rigidity in real time through air pressure and absorbing the slightest vibration on the road surface; the shock absorber adopts the oil pressure damping design, suppressing the excess bouncing of the car body.

2. Materials and Processes
Lightweight Aluminum Alloy Components: Steering knuckle, shock absorber base and other key components are cast in aluminum alloy, which reduces the unsprung mass by more than 20% and improves the response speed of the suspension.
Reinforced cast iron lower arm: optimized for off-road scenarios to ensure structural strength under impact conditions (e.g. gravel roads, rock climbing).
Weather-resistant rubber airbag: Multi-layer composite rubber material, resistant to 10 bar regular working pressure and 35 bar extreme pressure, anti-chafe design to prolong the life of the airbag.
