1. Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy from the date of purchase. To ensure a smooth process, please adhere to the following guidelines:
Condition: All returned items must be in the same condition as received—brand new, unused, and in original packaging.
Return Authorization (RMA): Before shipping any item back, you must contact us via our angel_2005yxlhy@163.com
to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
Support Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. PDT.
Note: Returns without an Authorization Number cannot be identified and may result in a denial of refund.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund or exchange will be issued within 6 business days.
Payment Credit: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal). While we issue the refund quickly, please allow an additional 2–7 business days for the funds to post to your account, depending on your credit card company or bank.
2. Warranty Coverage
We offer a one-year warranty on all parts sold, unless otherwise noted. Our warranty service options include:
A. Post-Installation Failure
If an item fails after installation, you may return it for a replacement.
Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Requirement: This warranty applies only if installation instructions were followed entirely. If no instructions were provided, work must be performed by a licensed mechanic.
B. Incorrect Item Received
If we ship the wrong part, we offer an advanced replacement option:
Process: You may pay a deposit to have the correct item sent in advance. Once you return the original item to us, your deposit will be fully refunded.
C. Shipping Damage
We utilize UPS Ground, FedEx, and USPS First Class for our shipments.
Inspection: Buyers must inspect the parcel condition before signing for delivery.
Action Required: If you notice damage, please refuse the package and obtain a "Shipping Damage Report" from the carrier.
Resolution: We will ship a replacement the same day you provide us with the damage report. We cannot cover losses if the package was signed for without inspection.
3. Warranty Exclusions & Limitations
Labor & Expenses: This warranty does not cover any expenses incurred for the removal or re-installation of the item. This includes, but is not limited to, labor costs, towing, rental car fees, or other parts not purchased from us.
Voiding Warranty: This warranty is null and void if the item fails due to:
Improper installation or misuse.
Abuse, accident, neglect, or unauthorized alteration.
Repairs attempted by unauthorized parties.
Claiming Warranty: If a product proves defective in material or workmanship within the warranty period, please contact us immediately.
